ABOUT

Dear Garden Enthusiast,

I‘m Your Garden Lady, and I’m delighted to welcome you to my joyful sanctuary at Sow Small Garden!

Sow Small Garden is more than just a website; it’s a celebration of the art of gardening and how to relish every moment spent in your garden.

My mission as Garden Lady is to encourage you to start a small garden. You don’t need a big garden to enjoy it. By starting small, you can savor more precious moments in your garden.

A small garden yields fresh organic produce, materials for crafts, thoughtful gifts, and natural beauty products. It offers medicinal plants to combat common health ailments, herbs for delightful teas, and an opportunity for light physical exercise, fresh air, and basking in sunshine.

But beyond all this, I encourage you to sow a small garden as a path to self-discovery. Let your garden be your canvas and an extension of your true self.

Approach this endeavor with curiosity and a sense of play.

Sow a small garden to awaken:

  • Your inner Researcher – to observe, record, experiment, improve, and innovate.
  • Your inner Creator – to beautify, combine, express, and transform.
  • Your inner Seer – to attune to the rhythm of nature, gain wisdom, and nurture intuition.

A bit about me:

I’ve been practicing organic gardening for as long as I can remember, making me a lifelong gardener with over 30 years of experience. I grew up in Ukraine, where gardening was a way of life because we relied on our gardens for sustenance.

As the years passed, I realized that gardening is so much more than merely growing food; it touches the soul on various levels.

Today, I perceive a garden, regardless of its size, as a sanctuary of beauty, harmony, and relaxation. It’s a canvas for your creativity and a place to shower love and care upon nature, and in return, be graced with a bountiful harvest.

Gardening revealed to me the practical laws of nature, teaching me that:

  • What you sow, you shall reap.
  • After the fall, there’s always a new awakening and growth in the spring.
  • Life is abundant!

On this website, my focus is to equip you with tips for successfully starting and nurturing your small garden. I’ll also share inspiring ideas for putting the fruits of your gardening labor to good use.

Join me on the incredible journey of GROWING, COOKING, HEALING, CREATING, ENJOYING, and truly LIVING!

With warm regards,

Garden Lady.
